AFLAC

Various plans are available through Aflac, including Short Term Disability, Cancer, Critical Care, Accident and Hospital plans. Information regarding plans is available at the benefit orientation meeting held monthly. Eligible team members will speak directly with Tel Hai’s Aflac representative to enroll in selected plans. DIABETIC MEDICATIONS AT NO COST

Good news! There will be a $0 copay with no deductible for select services that Magellan defines as falling into the following three categories:
 

• Diagnostic Products

• Antidiabetics

• Medical Devices (does not include insulin pumps)
