You can register for free to access information about your medical claims and spending, print an ID card, find a doctor or specialist, order medicine, and more! Just go to www.alliedbenefit.com/Access/RequestWebAccount (https://www.alliedbenefit.com/Access/RequestWebAccount)and enter our group number which is A16196.

Medical: Log onto your Allied member services portal at www.alliedbenefit.com (www.alliedbenefit.com)to print a new ID card or request a new one. You can also contact Allied directly by calling 866-455-8727. Dental: Guardian does not mail you an ID card. Instead, simply let your dental providers know your Guardian group number, which is 542044. Vision: Vision Benefits of America does not mail you an ID card. Instead, simply let your vision providers know your VSP group number, which is 1706.

You are required to update your Allied Coordination of Benefits information every year so that they can properly process your claims. Coordination of Benefits information confirms whether you and/or your enrolled dependents have insurance coverage other than your employer's and if so, what that other insurance is, so that they can determine proper payment responsibilities for claims. If your Coordination of Benefits is updated yearly or as requested, your claims will be processed.
