Eligibility

If you meet the eligibility requirements of a regular full-time team member of Tel Hai, you are then able to participate in the benefits program. Benefits begin on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. You have the option to enroll yourself and your eligible dependents in Tel Hai’s benefits program.

If you don’t enroll by the date when your benefits will go into effect, you will not have the opportunity to do so until
the next open enrollment period, unless you have a Qualifying Life Event.​

Eligible dependents include: (1) Your legal spouse; and (2) Your children up to age 26. Spouses are only eligible for medical benefits if they are not eligible at his/her place of employment.

 

Only dependents who meet the eligibility requirements can enroll for coverage once the marriage certificate and birth certificates are verified.
